Steven Lang
Director, Certified Expert Instructor
Certificates:
Class 5: Practical [automatic, manual transmission], Theoretical
Class 6: Practical, Theoretical
Steven bought the driving school in hopes of bringing something new to the industry. For Steven, it is more than just showing up for driving school. He wanted to create an experience for them that they can carry with them for years to come.
It's never just theory, it is learning the required skill set and having a solid foundation of what it really means to drive a car. Although we are in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Steven ensures that every student has experiences in various locations that range as far as Hudson, to Rockland, Montreal (downtown), the South Shore, and all the cities in between. He did this because he cares about the success of students and wants them to be ready for all types of driving conditions, in any city.
Steven's experience and extensive knowledge of the material required to teach, allowed him to get certified by the SAAQ as an Expert Instructor. Meaning that Steven is also responsible to teach new monitors and instructors for the province of Quebec.
When building his team, he ensured that all of his instructors have the same beliefs and values to ensure the success of EDCwiml Students.

Candice Ayotte
Assistant Course Director
Certificates: Class 5, Practical [automatic], Theoretical
Candice joined the driving school in January 2019. In late 2019, she took some time off to work on some projects and returned to WIML shortly after the pandemic started. Having realized that the pandemic caused a huge constraint in the scheduling system, she reached out to us offering to come back full-time as an instructor to help in the process.
Since June 2021, she has taken on more of an operational role and manages the daily operational needs. She currently spends her time continuously building a solid foundation to streamline services for our students.
The hard work and long hours that she put in got her the position of Assistant Course Director. She will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the driving school.
In her role, she will be responsible for the continuous training of instructors and support staff to ensure that all students' needs exceed expectations.
